Paid Time Off (PTO)

mcaConnect agrees so we’ve pooled sick, vacation and personal days into one bank of PTO which allows our employees to use their PTO as the need or desire arises.

401K Matching

mcaConnect has a vested interest in our employees’ futures so we provide a 401k plan using pre-tax dollars, and have a matching program (dollar for dollar) of up to 3% of eligible pay, plus 50% of each additional dollar greater than 3% and no more than 5% of eligible pay.

Choice of medical coverage and health/flexible spending accounts

Due to the diversity of our employees’ medical coverage needs, mcaConnect provides 3 different types of medical coverage plans: 2 PPO plans and 1 High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). In addition, employees have the option to participate in a HSA or FSA.

Insurance plans

Basic Life, AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability insurances are provided at no cost to mcaConnect employees. mcaConnect also covers a significant portion of health, dental and visions plans. Additional insurances such as extended life are provided as options to meet our employees’ individual needs.

Competitive base salaries

mcaConnect regularly reviews compensation data and adjusts appropriately to ensure that we stay competitive in the marketplace, not only for new employees but also for our existing employees.

Opportunistic and achievable bonus/commission programs

mcaConnect provides utilization bonus plans for our consultants which are paid quarterly. These plans reward our employees’ expertise and contributions to the ever growing, diverse project opportunities that they are a part of. All other roles within mcaConnect are eligible for bonus and/or sales commission plans which are paid out regularly. We also offer recruitment referral bonuses and other rewards and recognition for our team members.

Consultant home office reimbursement

As a predominately virtual company mcaConnect recognizes the need for our consultants to work remotely. We provide a monthly home office allowance to meet the needs of our virtual subject matter experts.

Paid Microsoft training and certifications

mcaConnect is committed to providing professional growth opportunities for our consultants. We understand that it’s important for them to keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics releases so we provide training and access to certifications to ensure that our employees are up to date with the latest information as it relates to their area of expertise.

College graduate training programs

mcaConnect is proud to support the development of Dynamics AX professionals through a unique technical and consulting training program for entry level software developers and functional consultants in Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM called the Development Center of Excellence (DCOE). The DCOE is designed to fill the gap between a college education and a successful career in Microsoft Dynamics Technologies. The program teaches participants all the skills necessary to become successful Dynamics AX or CRM Consultants with a broad range of technical and interpersonal skills.
