Interview Process For Consultants

1.  Interview with MCA Connect Recruiter (phone)

a. Confirm job description/role

b. Discuss what you’re looking for in your next position

c. Review an overview of your skills/experience

d. Overview of MCA Connect’s company culture

e. Discuss next steps and MCA Connect’s recruiting process

2.  Technical Phone Interview (phone)

a. MCA Connect Subject Matter Expert asks specific questions about your skills/experience as it relates to the position

b. Discuss kinds of skills required for position

3.  Consulting Interview (phone)

a. MCA Connect Subject Matter Expert or Manager asks specific questions about your consulting skills/experience as it relates to the position

b. Discuss MCA Connect’s methodology and culture

4.  Final Interview (in person and/or video conferencing)

a. Meet with approximately 2-4 Subject Matter Experts you would be working with to further discuss your skills/experience and MCA Connect’s company culture

b. You will conduct a short presentation (we’ll give you the parameters beforehand) to a group to showcase your presentation skills and Q&A ability

c. Meet with the Manager or Director of the department the position reports to, to discuss any additional questions you have about the position and company; and long term growth opportunities
