Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant – Customer Engagement (CE)
Location: Virtual, home-based office
Description: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics CRM engagements and can lead, manage and perform implementation projects for small, medium and large enterprises. The Senior Consultant’s responsibilities include participation in Solution Blueprint of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, assisting with conceptual and functional designs and managing client relationships. The Senior Consultant will need to ensure solutions delivery is on-time and on-budget. He/She must have: 5+ years’ experience with business process analysis and documentation; 3+ years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Dynamics 365 CRM; 3+ years’ experience performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration. Virtual, home based office with up to 20% travel.
