Operational Excellence (formerly Manufacturing Excellence)

Our Operational Excellence team partners with clients on their journey of continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence. Our team comes from diverse industry backgrounds and is a unique blend of business and technology skillsets.

Workforce Adoption (formerly Change Management)

The MCA Connect Workforce Adoption team focuses on behavioral science to develop strategies and plans that guide people through transformational change. The team’s integrated approach engages all levels of a client’s organization to proactively gain alignment, foster engagement, discover resistance, solve people issues, and instill adoption through ownership.

All positions provide the flexibility of a virtual/home-based office, including a home office allowance, with up to 50% travel to client sites.
