And with a large remote workforce that includes hundreds of employees worldwide, building a supportive culture is especially important.
Connecting and collaborating with colleagues
To bring our diverse team together, we organized an all-company event with a “Family Reunion” theme at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas. Over 250 employees came together to connect and collaborate in a fun and relaxed environment.
Highlights included teambuilding activities and breakout sessions on topics like industry trends, company solutions, and manufacturing in the era of AI. Our leaders also shared updates on how we’re helping manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights.
The Family Reunion also included plenty of time for fun and relaxation, including fitness and philanthropy opportunities, games and group dinners, and networking happy hours. Together, we shared stories, insights, and ideas as we celebrated MCA Connect’s success.
