Biography

Anna Falcon is a 20-year leader in customer engagement and enterprise transformation. As Vice President of Customer Engagement Practice at MCA Connect, she guides manufacturing and distribution organizations in modernizing how they connect with customers through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has advised organizations on commercial process design, customer experience strategy, and the operational alignment required to support sales and service execution. Prior to MCA Connect, Anna held leadership roles at EY and Root16 and led operations and special projects at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where she was recognized by the Board of Directors for her contributions to a large, enterprise‑wide ERP program.
