Biography
Claude Watson is the Executive Chairman of MCA Connect, where he continues to guide the firm’s long-term strategy after serving as CEO for more than 16 years. With deep expertise in ERP, enterprise software, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions, Claude has played a pivotal role in helping clients transform operations and unlock business value through technology. Under his leadership, MCA Connect earned recognition as Microsoft Partner of the Year fifteen times and on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list.
Over the course of his career, Claude has held leadership roles at major consulting and technology firms, including President at DigiTerra, Division President and Vice President at CIBER, and Vice President at The Summit Group. He began his career at Crowe Chizek, where he developed his foundation in business consulting and IT management. His extensive background has given him a unique perspective on both the strategic and technical sides of digital transformation, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
A lifelong learner, Claude earned his MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, complementing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He is passionate about leadership development, strategy, and helping organizations align technology with business outcomes. Outside of work, Claude enjoys sharing his experience through mentoring, and he values time spent with family, travel, and staying active.
