Kelsey Green is Managing Director of Marketing at MCA Connect, where she leads the company’s brand strategy, demand generation, and customer engagement efforts. With more than a decade of marketing leadership experience, she is recognized for developing Go-To-Market strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
Since joining MCA Connect in 2018, Kelsey has built a strong internal marketing arm within the business and innovative programs that align marketing with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, modern tools, and AI to maximize impact. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence, ensuring MCA Connect’s marketing contributes directly to business success.
Before MCA Connect, Kelsey led marketing initiatives at BKD CPAs & Advisors (now Forvis Mazars), where she supported national and regional practices in developing Go-To-Market plans, managing industry budgets, and leading demand generation initiatives.
Kelsey holds a BA in Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University.
