Randy Garrett serves as Vice President of Business Application Services at MCA Connect, where he leads delivery across ERP, Customer Engagement (CE), Data & AI, and strategy consulting practices. With more than 25 years of experience, Randy’s career has been defined by his ability to align process, technology, and strategy to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
Randy is also recognized for his ability to scale organizations and mentor future leaders. He has built cross-functional teams from a handful of consultants to more than 150, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction, margin improvement, and delivery excellence. His leadership emphasizes structured methodologies, innovation, and accountability, ensuring both client success and organizational growth.
Throughout his career at MCA Connect, Randy has been instrumental in achieving recognition from Microsoft as Manufacturing Partner of the Year and BizApps Partner of the Year.
