Biography
Toby Roberts serves as Vice President of Employee Services at MCA Connect, where he leads teams focused on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal/Contracts.
Before MCA Connect acquired SalesMetrix, Toby was the company’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing internal operations and building the infrastructure that supported consultant success. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Enterlogix Corporation, which became one of the top-performing Dynamics GP implementation partners, and later Enfold Systems, an open-source systems integrator.
Toby began his consulting career working with the Great Plains ERP platform (now Microsoft Dynamics GP) and went on to lead sophisticated implementations for leading e-business startups during the dotcom era. He holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant with a CITP designation.
