The acquisition combines MCA Connect’s supply chain expertise and Microsoft partnership with Grant Thornton’s integrated advisory model
DENVER, July 2, 2026 — MCA Connect today announced the completion of its transaction to become part of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC (Grant Thornton Advisors).
The firm will go to market as MCA Connect, a Grant Thornton US company, strengthening its multinational capabilities and enhancing Grant Thornton Advisors’ integrated advisory model.
MCA Connect and Grant Thornton Advisors combine advisory depth, industry expertise, and proven Microsoft execution in one partner, helping manufacturers and distributors reduce execution risk and support complex modernization programs. The expanded organization now delivers across supply chain operations, finance, security, and customer experience with greater advisory depth and delivery capacity.

The transaction was originally announced in May 2026.
