Steve Shebuski Named 2026 Pro to Know – Leader in Excellence by Supply & Demand Chain Executive
Steve Shebuski, Vice President of Pre-Sales Solutions at MCA Connect, has been named a Leader in Excellence as part of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2026 Pros to Know awards, an annual recognition for outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage.
Shebuski brings more than 25 years of experience helping global distributors and retailers simplify complex operations and modernize their technology. His career includes a direct role in shaping Microsoft’s supply chain tools, including helping build advanced warehouse management capabilities in Dynamics 365, and developing multiple industry-specific solutions that close common gaps in off-the-shelf software. His work gives distribution companies better visibility, faster execution, and the ability to respond quickly to change.
At MCA Connect, he works closely with executive teams to align digital investments with business outcomes, designing practical solutions across planning, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation.
A contributor to respected industry publications like Supply & Demand Chain Executive, Shebuski regularly shares insights on AI adoption and distribution operations. He is also a scheduled speaker at DynamicsCon this spring, where he will present applied AI and distribution use cases for Microsoft Dynamics customers.
“When it comes to overcoming supply chain disruption, this year’s pack of supply chain leaders left no stone unturned,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. “From AI implementation and warehouse automation to last-mile accuracy and returns management, they innovated, developed and executed on all cylinders, providing solutions, technologies and processes that move product from Point A to Point B in a way that almost seem seamless. And every year, I am honored to celebrate these supply chain professionals.”
