As a Tier 1 auto supplier, Litens Automotive needed to transform original equipment manufacturer (OEM) bid responses into a proactive, sales-driven process.

At the time, Litens responded to bids by relying on Excel and email threads to track progress. They struggled with a lack of visibility across the company and inconsistent cross-team collaboration. Knowledge of company processes was limited to key individuals with a high level of tribal knowledge.

Litens also refined Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management deployments with unique capabilities for Tier 1 suppliers. This process integrated forecasting with planning and analytics, enhanced warehouse tracking, and helped Litens complete the rigorous certification for Honda.
