Steve Shebuski is VP, Pre-Sales Solutions at MCA Connect and a nationally recognized expert in supply chain innovation. With more than 25 years of experience, Steve helps global distributors and retailers simplify complex operations and modernize technology, ensuring that digital investments align with their long-term business goals.
Steve has been instrumental in shaping Microsoft’s supply chain tools, including contributing to advanced warehouse capabilities in Dynamics 365. He has also developed multiple accelerators and specialized tools to fill gaps in off-the-shelf systems, helping companies streamline operations, track products, and respond quickly to changes.
A sought-after thought leader, Steve is frequently featured in industry publications and Microsoft events. Before joining MCA Connect, he spent two decades at Blue Horseshoe (part of Accenture), where he held senior leadership roles. Based in Indianapolis, Steve enjoys CrossFit and tennis with his family in his spare time.
