The high-tech electronics manufacturer was implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management with another partner but was concerned about the lack of progress. This, along with the partner’s lack of manufacturing expertise, persuaded Campbell Scientific to look elsewhere. 

An independent consultant recommended MCA Connect evaluate the implementation status based on our successful implementation track record and industry experience. In doing so, we discovered Campbell Scientific had accomplished significantly less than they thought.

Impressed by our global experience, manufacturing expertise, and understanding of their manufacturing part number requirements, Campbell Scientific transferred the project to MCA Connect. Known for our ERP rescue experience, we’ve now completed nearly 30 implementation rescues.

Through our strategic methodology, we’ll help Campbell Scientific fully realize the expected benefits of their Microsoft investment. The rescue also helped maintain the company’s annual Dynamics 365 license revenue of $230k. With Microsoft and MCA Connect, Campbell Scientific expects to:

• Increase annual revenue by 15%
• Improve revenue per full-time employee by 10%
• Achieve 95% on-time shipments

As a result of this win, Juniper Systems (SMC West), a subsidiary of Campbell Scientific, also plans to implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. These opportunities open the door for additional Microsoft investments, including Dynamics 365 licensing and ACR with our proprietary Inspire Platform™ for modern manufacturing intelligence.
