MCA Connect guided Axcelis through a tailored implementation to Dynamics 365 (D365) Field Service, addressing data gaps, aligning executive goals, and implementing solutions to modernize their manufacturing operations.

Our solution

MCA Connect replaced Axcelis’s outdated Field Service module with D365 Field Service. Part of the project included conducing an executive alignment session to ensure defined success. Our Data Value Assessment (DVA) identified gaps in data utilization, driving recommendations for third-party applications, analytics dashboards, and long-term manufacturing strategy.  

MCA Connect is on track to deliver a seamless D365 Field Service go-live in February 2025, with phase 2 extending functionality to Sales.

Over time, Axcelis plans to extend D365 functionality to include Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations. This roadmap ensures MCA Connect remains a strategic partner, supporting Axcelis’s vision for scalable growth and continuous improvement.
