As President of mcaConnect, Claude Watson is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations. He has over 25 years of experience in the software and consulting industry, working with manufacturers and distributors.
Watson joined mcaConnect in 2008 to lead the company’s transformation from five regional operating entities to a single, national organization with global capabilities. Prior to joining mcaConnect, Watson helped found Intrepa, a WMS/TMS software provider where he served on the board of directors until the sale of Intrepa to Manhattan Associates (MANH). Before that, Watson was a co-founder and President of The Summit Group, a multi-practice ERP software sales and services company he helped drive to over $75 million in revenue prior to orchestrating the sale of the company to CIBER (CBR). Early in his career, he served in a number of posts with Crowe, Chizek (now Crowe) in their management services practice. Watson holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
David G. Durham is Chief Financial Officer at mcaConnect and is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, corporate development and information systems functions. He also plays a key role in developing corporate strategy. Durham has over 20 years of diverse financial and operational management experience in the information technology and business process outsourcing industries. During his career, he has gained deep merger and acquisition experience, participating in or leading over fifty business combination transactions of private, public, domestic and international businesses.
Before joining mcaConnect, Durham served as chief financial officer at Denver based publicly traded companies CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) and StarTek, Inc. (NYSE: SRT).While at CIBER, Durham helped the company grow from an 800 employee, $80 million revenue entity to an 8,000 employee, $1 billion enterprise operating from sixteen countries. Durham holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Georgia and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business.
Will Moseley is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for mcaConnect. He is responsible for leading corporate business development strategy, managing sales channels, and leading the sales and marketing team. Moseley also contributes guidance on the strategic direction and business operations of the company’s CRM practice, and is a recognized thought leader in the CRM and XRM fields.
With more than 20 years of experience consulting in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Engineering industries, Moseley has an excellent perspective on the needs of both sales, marketing, and service operations. Prior to joining mcaConnect, he served as founder and CEO for SalesMetrix, a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution provider, which was acquired by mcaConnect in 2014. Before that he was founder and CEO of Enterlogix, a pioneer in delivering SaaS solutions for ERP applications. Moseley earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles; he holds an MBA from McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin.
David Huether is Vice President of Sales and Energy Solutions for mcaConnect. He is responsible for managing the company’s AX4energy offering and leading the sales team. Huether has over 15 years of experience in the ERP software market and consulting industry, working with both publishers and reselling partners.
Huether joined mcaConnect in 2009 to lead the startup of the company’s Oil and Gas practice area, and was responsible for building the company’s intellectual property and client list in that industry. Prior to joining mcaConnect, Huether was the Microsoft Dynamics Solution Sales Professional in the South Central district for ERP, earning consistent recognition for performance, including Gold Club status. Previous to joining Microsoft, Huether led the successful turnaround of NexTec Group in Houston, where he grew Dynamics SL sales by 120% and overall profitability by 200%. Earlier in his career, Huether served as principal and managing partner with Dynamics SL reseller Cansys Inc. in Toronto, Canada. He led the company’s merger with Legend Corp to create Canada’s first Microsoft only Platform and Dynamics Reseller. Previous to his time at Cansys, Huether worked for Microsoft Canada through the acquisition of Solomon Software by Great Plains Software. Huether attended the University of Toronto where he studied Psychology and Business Administration.
Doug Bulla is the Vice President of Business Development for mcaConnect and helps companies in their strategic planning. He also contributes in a business development capacity to the company’s strategic services, customer success and managed services teams. Bulla has over 25 years of manufacturing ERP and consulting experience across multiple industry segments, such as Tier One Automotive, Biomedical, High Tech Electronics and Vehicle Assembly. He brings a wide range of working knowledge on how companies can fully leverage the Dynamics AX platform to drive operational excellence, strategic business transformation and competitive supremacy. Bulla has also helped companies develop and deploy technology to support Lean initiatives.
Bulla joined mcaConnect in 2008 as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining mcaConnect, Bulla served as President at Guide Technologies, the leading Infor partner specializing in Mapics XA and Syteline. Earlier in his career Bulla was a product specialist at the Summit Group, and before that a consultant for Crowe Chizek. At The Summit Group, Inc. Bulla was involved with the initial development of two of the first WMS systems packaged for the general market, Warehouse Boss and Logistics Pro for Warehousing. Bulla received a Bachelor of Applied Science with a special interest in Production and Operations Management from Miami University of Ohio. He is an APICS member and holds CPIM and CIRM designations.
Douglas C. Hatfield is Vice President of Solution Development for mcaConnect, and is responsible for leading the team that envisions client solutions with the ideal combination of strategy, client services and software to deliver exceptional business results. His team’s mission is helping mcaConnect customers transform and accelerate their strategic business processes by leveraging technology to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
Hatfield brings over 25 years of experience in ERP, supply chain planning and execution, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. He has managed successful ERP and CRM projects for manufacturing and distribution companies across the industry spectrum, and has extensive experience with business process improvement and supply chain management. Prior to joining mcaConnect, Hatfield served as CEO at management consulting firm Visionary Oasis, as well as Vice President of Professional Services for both RedPrairie and CIBER. Hatfield earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
Mike Green is Vice President of Solution Consulting for mcaConnect and is responsible for solution architecture, and business process alignment for ERP clients. Green has over 25years of experience in manufacturing, MRP, ERP and the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
Green helped form mcaConnect in 2002, and has been instrumental in growing the company from a group of five regional Microsoft Dynamics consultancies into a unified national organization with customers around the world. Prior to mcaConnect, Green served as director of presales for Watermark Technologies, an Infor reseller, where he managed solution architecture for Watermarks prospects and installed base. Before that, he was a materials planning manager with Traulsen & Co., a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration solutions that is now a division of Hobart, a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW). Green has worked with multiple ERP platforms, as well as advanced planning and scheduling, and product configuration technologies over his career, making him an invaluable resource for our clients, and our ERP strategy.
